  a) Contact Form

  When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry.

  Legal basis: Legitimate interest (responding to your request).
  Retention: We delete contact form submissions after 12 months.

  b) Membership Application

  Our membership sign-up links to a Microsoft Forms form hosted by Microsoft. Any data you submit there is governed by https://privacy.microsoft.com/. We receive your responses to process your membership application.

  c) Analytics

  We use Google Analytics (via ExactMetrics) to understand how visitors use our site. This collects anonymised data including pages visited, time on site, and approximate location. Your IP address is processed by       
  Google.
