About the workshop :

The process will be based on Stella Adler’s techniques and K-Zoo (a technique developed by the Yorgos himself).Preparation will be based on the Lucid Body technique.
The body is the source and mirror of all our experiences and emotions. Using animal archetypes and guided by our energy centers, we seek evolutionary forms of physical expression that will lead us to the construction of a role, a character, a human being, which is unique, just like each and every one of us.
